Tickets#
We will open registrations closer to the conference date. Tickets are required for in-person attendance, and we will have a limited number of tickets available. Please book your tickets early to secure your spot!
Early bird discounts will be available for those who register early, so keep an eye on our announcements!
If your attendance is supported by your institution or company, please sign up for a corporate ticket at slightly higher pricing. This helps us keep the conference accessible to students, independent researchers, and those from underrepresented groups.
If you are unable to attend in person, we will publish recordings of the conference day talks on our YouTube channel after the conference.
What a ticket covers#
A ticket to the SciPy India 2026 conference covers the following:
Access to all conference talks and workshops (in-person only)
Conference materials (programme, schedule, and any digital resources)
Networking opportunities with fellow attendees, speakers, and sponsors
Meals: lunch and coffee/tea breaks on the workshop and conference days
We do not provide accommodation or travel support as part of the ticket. Please refer to our venue and travel page for information on nearby hotels and transportation options.
Recordings#
We plan to publish recordings of the conference day talks on YouTube after the conference.
Workshops are in person only and will not be recorded. If you are interested in attending a workshop, please register for the conference and book a ticket.
