Registrations#
Tickets for the SciPy India 2026 Conference are now on sale on KonfHub. Tickets are required for in-person attendance, and we have a limited number of them available, so please book early to secure your spot!
By buying a ticket, you hereby agree to our terms and conditions. In short: all sales are final with no refunds or transfers, attendees must be 18 or older, and you will need to show your ticket and a valid ID at the registration desk.

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and KonfHub’s platform fees are added at checkout.
Early bird prices are available until 19th October 2026. Regular prices apply from 20th October to 8th December, and late bird prices from 9th to 18th December, subject to availability. We may also sell a limited number of on-the-spot tickets at the venue on each day, for that day only, if seats remain. This is not guaranteed, so please do not rely on it. On-the-spot tickets do not include lunch or a conference T-shirt.
Student: if you are a student, please pick the student ticket. You will need to show a valid student ID at the registration desk.
Corporate: if your attendance is supported by your institution or company, please sign up for a corporate ticket at slightly higher pricing. This helps us keep the conference accessible to students, independent researchers, and those from underrepresented groups.
Contributor: a both-days ticket at a higher price for those who would like to support the conference beyond the cost of their own attendance. Thank you!
If you are unable to attend in person, we will publish recordings of the conference day talks on our YouTube channel after the conference.
What a ticket covers#
A ticket to the SciPy India 2026 Conference covers the following:
Access to all conference talks, workshops, and the poster session (in-person only)
Conference materials (programme, schedule, and any digital resources)
Networking opportunities with fellow attendees, speakers, and sponsors
Meals: lunch and coffee/tea breaks on the workshop and conference days
We do not provide accommodation or travel support as part of the ticket. Please refer to our venue and travel page for information on nearby hotels and transportation options.
Invoices and receipts#
You will receive an email with a receipt and an invoice after your purchase. If you need anything further, please write to info@scipy.in.
Recordings#
We plan to publish recordings of the conference day talks on YouTube after the conference.
Workshops are in person only and will not be recorded. If you are interested in attending a workshop, please register for the conference and book a ticket.
